Description:
This two hour beginner friendly lake clinic will show you how to put the FUNction into your paddle boarding! You will learn Basic paddling strokes and begin to build a solid safe foundation for all other SUP disciplines; river, surfing, racing, and touring. Goal: Learn new techniques to execute an efficient forward stroke, propelling your board forward in a straight line with ease. Also learn three new stokes to help turn you around and maneuver your board, nose draw, cross draw and sweep stroke. Understand how to keep yourself water safe. Results: By the end of this clinic participants can expect to have developed new strokes, feeling confident and efficient in their forward stroke while being able to turn and maneuver their board freely.
